
Over 50 years experience as I started in radio while in High School Atlanta, Georgia. My first station on air was WPLO-FM Atlanta doing a progressive top 40 rock format.
Attended University of Georgia and worked Athens area stations WDOL AM & FM, WRFC, and WFOX.
Big break in late 1972 to work a legendary top 40 STATION WQXI, Atlanta, Georgia.

INDUCTED INTO TEXAS RADIO HALL OF FAME 2016 and INDUCTED INTO GEORGIA RADIO HALL OF FAME 2019.
My experience includes on – air all shifts from morning drive, middays, afternoons, and nights. Positions have included Music director, Program Director , and Operations Manager.
Named in 1983 as one of the 5 best TOP 40 announcers in America from Electronic Media Magazine.
Hosted National syndicated shows “Good Time Oldies Magazine” and “New Gold” in the 1990’s – 2000’s.
